Dale: I'm late getting here to read this fine community announcement; I'm sure many of your followers read it. It is always nice to be reminded of dates and time for a local meeting. The American Legion has been around for as many years I can remember and always continue to do good for the community that they represent.

Rob, the American Legion sure is a mighty fine organization to be a member of. Thank you mighty kindly!
Carl, you are near late! The American Legion sure has been around for a long time. The organization was first founded 1919 by Veterans that had return from Europe after World War 1. Not only do they do a mighty fine job for communities, they sure do look out for the Rights of Veterans.
Have a good one

Dale: We really truly need to always salute our veteran's. I was recently speaking with some vet's that were taking up donations to help the wounded that are coming into the big hospital in San Antonio for treatment and any donations made will definitely go to a good cause. Infact a group just built a home for a wounded vet and his family here at Canyon Lake that is another helpful program to assist the wounded.
