Judith... It is amazing what will appear when (or after) it rains. I have some other flowers starting to show themselves... just not sure what ones they are yet.

Valerie, those are definitely warm colors. With all this rain, all the trees in the yard are looking drab, especially the flowering kind as the rain knocked off all the flowering petals.

Ed.. My sons got me potted hanging plants for Mother's Day. The poor things are so waterlogged they are dying. I'm hoping the sun of today will help revive them.

Wanda.. It seems that the majority of the country (except the southeast) is having tremendous pouts of rain. Wish I could sent some to them.

Doug.. Today is the first day of TRUE sunshine in weeks. Most of us here have forgotten what the sun looks like.

Steve.. So very true.. for here too. This weekend is Memorial Day, and pools are going to be open... but I don't see how we've had enough sunshine to warm them up. I think it will take another month.
