Time Out
Phones are ringing off the hook, piles of files, papers, just stuff everywhere. You are not sure if you are drinking out of yesterday's water bottle and you just have so much on your plate you don't even know where to start. We are supposed to be superheros. Fix everything for everyone and make sure everything gets accomplished. We go to bed at night, if we do, thinking about what needs to be done tomorrow. It is a vicious cycle. That is what we do and have chosen to do. We are great at what we do thats why we keep moving forward.
Time out. What is that? Breathe. Refresh. Clean up time for yourself and your business. Take care of yourself. The world is not going to end if you miss a minute. A minute of self clarity and rejuvination can mean more for your clients and the way you handle your business. Of course there are days that you have absolutely no time and have appointment after appointment or paperwork, etc. It's important to make time to get organized so you have it together and your not missing things on appointments or making mistakes. Have you ever cleaned out that garage or closet and got rid of things and it just felt like a weight was lifted off your shoulders? That's all I am trying to say, take a time out for yourself to get organized and it will make a world of difference for yourself and those around you.
