The Reserve in Cary NC is a neighborhood of move up homes in West Cary, off NC Highway 55.  The Reserve was developed from the mid-1990's to 2003, and built out by a group of respected local custom home builders.

Homes in The Reserve vary from 2800 to over 5000 square feet, with all the features one would expect in an upscale home in the $500,000 range, open floorplans, wood floors, granite upgrades, and heavy molding packages.
One of the most popular features is the size of lots in The Reserve.  With lot sizes ranging from .33 acre to common .46 acre lots, and larger, the property sizes are larger than many newer subdivisions offer.

Mike - This is a very nice looking area. It amazes me the difference in price in different states. This would be twice as much and yours has siding vs. stucco or combination of siding and stucco. And in a track home we would be a stones throw to the neighbor.
