Which way do you run when faced with a challenge? Is it natural to head for the fence when chased by a 2000 bull? I will say you bet it is, but what about the challenge we face as professionals when faced with the adversities of todays volatile environment.
As we look around i think the we ought to thanks others that help us through rough days and offer assistance to make the day a little brighter. Simple conversations and reassurance may go a long way, or even better someone standing up for you and saying the right thing. This is a tough world we live in and sometime we face difficult moments, however with a will to move ahead we can face adversity and win the challenge. Are you having a bad day and can't get things off to a good start. I think that being optimistic is key in getting motivated to make a stronger start to each day.
Who has your back? Is it your Co-Workers, your Broker, your Partner. I will have to say I am a part of the most fascinating company in the America's. The entire team at United Country has my back and yes there are those that will stand up to 2000 pounds of BULL. I have been living proof that there are real friends in this business that will put aside their tasks at hand and do what it takes to help someone else move in the right direction. I didn't intend for this to get on this track but felt it necessary to say thanks to United Country, management, staff , team members and friends for helping me in my business during a tough economic period. if you do not have that same feeling then contact me and let me tell you about a great opportunity..
Now back to the bull****and this is no bull***I read a quote one time that said " Adversity will cause some to break and others to break records" what is the adversity in your life allowing you to do. Are you at full potential? Do you want to break records? You have to answer this yourself, but i commend you for wanting to! Take the bull by the horns!
