The knowledge,... I can only learn so much on my own. In 0rder to do the very best, I must learn from the very best. That means trainings, reading, Active Rain, RESA, and so many other forms of continuing education. This gives us a chance to ask many questions of many educational experts over and over until we get it.
Experience,... Time is one of the best teachers. It gives us confidence. It gives us patience and understanding. It helps us become efficient problem solvers. You don't become an expert overnight. It takes many questions, asked over and over, by many clients.
