Sales of Franklin homes seem to be really active in May, and I know we can't report it right now, but I have one buyer who has viewed 23 homes in the last 2 weeks waiting for his wife to arrive, and now the 2 favorites he picked are already under contract. The best of Franklin homes are selling fast.

Franklin HomeFranklin Homes Market Report for April 2011 - was a mixed bag with 106 closings compared to 130 closings in April of 2011. That was the bad news, the good news is that the average price of Franklin homes sold was $392,075 compared to $372,146 for last April, and increase of 5.3 percent. Franklin,  is a community of approximately 20,000 people, located in Williamson County, Tennessee. It is also considered to be part of the Nashville metropolitan area.
