Okay, so once again, WOW! I wrote the blog for La verne first this time and was surprised how many new listings there were (14). The City of San Dimas is a close second with 12! This is really exciting news because it means the movement is NOT only in one city, but it seems to be in the entire area. And just like in La Verne the majority of listings are standard sales. Personally I think San Dimas is copying Laverne, I'm just saying...
Once again, this is good news for buyers and sellers alike. Sellers can now jump back into the market without fear as they see things moving. And Buyers can get those really good deals on homes without having to go the the waiting and the red tape in buying a short sale or REO from the bank.
