I have been on active rain for awhile now and since the rainmaker came out I was a big supporter. Now that they allow you to call a phone number to get help it is an amazing benefit. You see ActiveRain gets it. It is all about Customer Service. Listening to the needs of their consumer.
I have had the outside blog for awhile and I have been trying to upload my header into my blog, and it was not working so I just dealt with it. Today I decided I wanted to try again. Still nothing. Then I remembered the phone number at the top right of the screen for rainmakers and I called.
- Wow someone answered within 30 seconds.
- Wow again someone actually asked me how they can help?
I explained how I had trouble uploading the header, and she said to email her the picture and she would do it for me and let me know when it was done.
I sent it to her, and she adjusted my header through www.picnik.com and adjusted it a little larger than I had it and it was done within 5 minutes. Amazing.
I love supporting people that listen. I love supporting people that get it. I love active rain because of the service. I model myself after customer service and I just wanted to say thank you.
