I attended a great class today about 1031 Exchange Programs.   Today’s instructor was Dave Tornell, Certified Exchange Specialist for Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc..  What a great presentation.  Over the years, I have had the opportunity to assist a few buyers and sellers with the real estate transaction part of their exchange but learned even more about the program today.  I'm looking forward to working with future investors for our area.  Our area is experiencing a huge demand for rental properties right now.  We have sellers that want to sell - do you know of any investors that want to buy?

So true Karen. I learn something useful from every class, even it's only a 2 hour class that doesn't offer CE credits.
