Each weekend Realtors around the world host open houses. There are many thing that need to be considered when hosting an open house. With the upcoming National Open House Event June 4 - 5, many homeowners will be hosting this event themselves along with the Realtors. The following safety tips were published by the National Association of Realtors this week.
Work with another person Request local police assistance Ensure your cell phone is fully charged and accessible Explore all escape routes in the home Have all visitors sign in upon arrival Always walk behind the prospect Call your office every hour Ask neighbors to be watchful
