Exercise. I am not an athlete; I do not like to exercise. Many years ago my mother reminded me to do light exercise. I did some research, and yes my mother was right, it is recommended that most people get about 30 minutes of moderate activity a day, 5 days a week.
With a busy schedule, it is difficult to spare the time for any exercise. Later, I realized activity does not mean going to the gym. Housework, yard work even walking your dog qualifies. It increases our overall health and sense of well being, reduces anxiety and improves sleep.
Do any exercise you love and love any exercise you do. Let it be part of your healthy lifestyle.
