Build Business Without Spending Time and Money...Uh, Really????

With Technology taking an ever important and increasing role in real estate, many Realtors are of the belief that they can generate leads with little or no time invested in their project.

Then there are Realtors who believe that if you don't go the tech route, it may cost you time, but not a lot of money if you go to a prospecting only business.

So, here's the gig: I have coached literally Hundreds of Agents, including some who close in excess of 450 transactions a year (yes, that's ONE Agent and his admin staff) and I have yet to find a "Magic Pill" that does it all for you.
That is- a system that saves you time and money.

But ----- BUT!

You can get close. I am currently teaching a Series Called 36:12:3 that was developed by the folks over at Keller Williams University. The course is a result of countless interviews with top producing agents, across the nation, about their business practices.

What we are finding is that you must strike a balance between prospecting, marketing and technology based solutions.

Here is a good article from RISMedia about prospecting based businesses. This Truly, Truly is where and agent needs to start to get business TODAY.

I'll post with some info about Marketing Based businesses that work very well, like the business that my friend, Mark Z. a Top Northville Realtor, runs.

I'll also post info about a Tech based business like the one that some of our Livonia Realtors are beginning to run using a seamless tech solution that our company has formed.

Until next time. Happy Selling!

Good article from RIS Media, Brandon.

I particularly like, "... first impressions created over the phone are based on brevity, vocal quality, and attitude."
