- Down payments are back! It is time that we get back to working with buyers who can qualify to get a credit card. Loose lender creativity is over and fundamentals are back! American Real estate provides opportunities that buyer s appreciate which makes them end up being better neighbors and citizens. Rates of appreciation and the cost of money does not determine their longevity of ownership. They are more apt to improve their real estate and their neighborhood. So, qualify harder!
- Spend more time figuring out how to put the leads into play rather than generating thousands. High cost high lead generation that go without follow up are out. Get back to traditional lead generation systems using technology to decrease their cost and increase their efficiency. Add layers of follow up, including live staff follow up, the "rainmaker's" personal follow up, direct mail, and other forms of more personal closing sequences using the phone and personal visits for more expensive expireds.
