Well, what can I say. I was so looking forward to hearing Mayor Rudi Guiliani and he did not disappoint. What an extraordinary presentation from one of the most accomplished speakers on the planet. Ridi told us that New York was such a basket case when he was running that his Campaign Slogan was "You can't do any worse" and his mantra for managing such a challenging environment was "relentless preparation got us to this meeting today". Rudi told us that in his previous life that 1 hour of court time was equivalent to 4 hours of preparation, and that inevitably things would go astray but with relentless preparation you could manage any emergency, as they did during 9/11. Australian real estate agents are blessed to be able to enjoy speakers of this calibre. Congratulations John McGrath for your dedication and belief that allows us to enjoy your vision 12 years on.
