Author Cheryl Wilfong discovered gardening in the same year she attended her very first retreat at the Insight Meditation Society back in 1977. She has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch New England, with a concentration in Mindfulness and completed an internship with Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program. She became a Master Gardener in 1999.

Hi, Dale. It sounds like a wonderful book not just for gardening but stress relief as well. I love beautiful gardens as long as I don't maintain them myself. lol I like to read though, so I will look for it on Amazon. I hope she sold a lot of books!
