Welcome to my web-post about a great local Livonia Michigan construction company. This company has came in and done work for me and my clients on many occasions with great results every single time. The pictures you see here is of a recent remodel that Superior Construction has just completed. The first picture shows the kitchen while it was totally removed and not up to current local code for various reasons. The next picture shows the kitchen completed with new everything including granite counters, new cabinets, new appliances, ceramic floors and much more. One of my most recent dealings with Superior Construction
My client listed her executive style home for just over $300,000. The home was very clean and well up kept overall. Homeowner over the last five years put over $75,000 in upgrades in the home in the area's of: basement, landscaping, family room, laundry room and bathroom's. Notice one key area that was not included? Fast forward a month of being on the active real estate market.
Home had 18 showings all saying about the same thing. Home shows well, very clean, may be interested-not sure yet, kitchen needs updating-not congruent with the rest of the home. Kitchen was nice just a bit on the dated side, so we called Superior Construction out with a relatively small budget. Just a few thousand dollars later we now had granite counters, new sink, new fixtures and a few other small things. Fast forward a week later.
A week later-- 3 offers for the seller to review and one for asking price. Home sold and buyers and sellers were very happy with all conditions.
