How is the local market out there in Reno? Here in Atlanta, we are beginning to see many institutional investors (and private equity groups) making offers on value-add assets. Ghost-anchor centers (Publix, Kroger, etc.) are becoming hot commodities; the single-tenant NNN product picked-up steam last year and continues to gain value. Now is definitely the time for buyers to jump-in.
