Some secrets that should not be so secret and that will help you make more dollars by using the below suggestions if you will take them to heart and apply them.

We are all busy but did you know that so many folks do not even return their phone calls?  Did you know that so many folks wait so long to return a phone call?  Did you know that most folks do not even check their caller identification and call folks back even if a message is not left?  You may wonder why to all these questions.  I know I wonder why to all these questions especially during our troubled economy.  Even if you can not get to a phone call and even if some one does not leave you a message, check your caller I.D and call folks back.  You want to know why? Because you could be missing out on a lot of business.  I have made this mistake before by not calling folks back who never even left us a message but you know what?  It is only my gain when I call folks back who never even leave a message.

Did you know that folks can tell whether you are smiling or not smiling when you are talking or conversing on the phone?  Why do you want to smile you might ask?  Well, would you rather be talking to a happy person in a good mood or some one who does not want to be at work and in a bad mood.

Did you know that folks can lose a sale by using profanity? Personally, if someone uses profanity around me, I do not care to be around them unless I just have to and when I do have to be around them I kindly ask them to respect me and not use profanity around me.

Show up to your appointment clean and smelling wonderful as well as looking your very best.  Be organized and have your act together.  Did you know that any little thing you do could mean you just lost that sale?  If we really care then we should do our utmost to look and smell professional.

Is your car clean? Is your equipment work properly? Do the things that you have brought to the appointment look presentable?  You may ask what difference do all the above things make? A sale.  You see we ask our clients what we could have done different or how we could and can improve all the time because we want to get better and be better.

3/ you need to have a B rating or better with the Better Business Bureau in your city.

4/ You need to have excellent reviews on Google, Yahoo and other sites.

5/ you need to be dependable and be where you are supposed to be when you make an appointment with the custoemr

6/ you need to always take the high road and treat the customer with kindness anf respect.

7/ you see, we only want experts on our site and maybe we are being picky but we would rather have excellent companies on SnellExperts.com than folks who do not care or who will make us look bad.

If you do not have money to be on our site, do not worry because we accept trade of services as well as Twitter followers.  If you have five thousand or more Twitter followers and you can get them to follow SnellExperts.com then you can pick any city to be in if you qualify.

David ~ Returning phone calls seems to be a thing of the past ~ Clients and agents would rather text a simply reply than pick up the phone and call ~ Life has become less personal, so sad ~
