What Makes Mount Gretna an amazing place to live? Part 4
The backbone of the Chautuagua (discussed in part 3) were educational lectures on any number of topics. Soon Chataugua's began to have traveling artistic talent that was rarely available to small town and rural America, including plays, poets and musicians. These events were often performed under large tents. While the Great Depression brought the end to most Chauqauguas, Mount Gretna's Chautaugua Spirit lives on with a full summer calendar of events every year.
You can own a part of this amazing Chautaugua Spirit! Come visit our open house on Saturday, May 28th from 12-3PM at 9 Conewago Hill Road, Mount Gretna. This amazing Ranch Home features a 2 car garage, central air, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sits in a beautiful wooded setting.
