Fun Stuff To Do Around Birmingham!
FREE PURE BARRE CLASS
Tuesday, May 24th from 6-9 PM
North Green at the Lofts of Edenton
Pure Barre is an exercise technique that tones your whole body, particularly targeting your abs, hips, butt and arms. Unlike some methods it is easy on the joints, using small isometric movements for strength training along with lots of stretching. This evening you can try it out for free! All you need is something to exercise on....you can bring a yoga mat or even a towel will work.
This special event is sponsored by Pure Barre 280 which is located at 5426 Highway 280 East, Suite 6, Hoover AL. (Click on the link and LIKE their Facebook page)
I have an appointment late this afternoon and will probably not be able to attend Pure Barre in the Park, but I'm excited about signing up for classes which is done online. Remember, this will be at the North Green at the Lofts of Edenton and not at the studio. Come give it a try and get started on your new figure. Swimsuit season is upon us!

Hi Ann - Great localism post! And the photo is fabulous - I just love that water!
Ann, I heard about that exercise recently in the news. And I'm no slouch, bought and elliptical for my husband's birthday, because of his heart, and I've been on it every day since it arrived. Still, I wont be wearing any bikini.
Look at the beautiful coast line. We just bought a Montel William piece of equipment. I still think it's best to "just walk"!! :)
Ann, this is a fabulous photo. Great opportunity to get in shape - have fun.
I have not heard of Pure Barre, Ann! And I hang around a health center. I guess I need to look into that. We've got Zumba, Tai Chi, Cycling, and a litany of other programs though.
