Trump Towers Sunny Isles opened sales in the third Tower in December. So far 53% of the units have sold at record rates. Why? Because, this building offers new construction, great floor plans, amenities including an on site restaurant, great location, and great beaches.
Buyers come from all over the world to South Florida and the demand for oceanfront condominiums all along the coast has been record breaking. In Sunny Isles alone pending sales are up almost 30% from 2 months ago and inventories are shrinking.
Trump Towers offers large direct oceanfront floor plans consisting of almost 3000 square feet. Also offered are 2 bedroom units with square footage just under 1500 square feet with spectacular west views. I particularly like the location of these towers as they are at the southern end of Sunny Isles. West Views are spectacular. Haulover park is just south of Trump Towers and therefore the views are wide open. Vistas include great intracoastal views all the way to the skyline of Miami.
Prices range from $450-to about $510 per square foot. Comparable units just south in Bal Harbour would run several hundred dollars more per square foot. South Beach, could easily cost $1000 per square foot.
This is a very attractive buy for direct oceanfront condos.
