As of May 24, 2011

  • Claremont shows slight increase in its Median Price resulting $525,000 as of May 24, 2011, about $15,000 increase compare to March of 2011.
  • Upland shows continued decrease in its Median Price resulting $380,000 as of May 24,2011, about $10,000 decrease compare to March of 2011.
  • Rancho Cucamonga shows slight increase in its Median Price resulting $350,000 as of May 24, 2011, about $10,000 increase compare to March of 2011.
  • Fontana shows leveling in its Median Price resulting $228,000 as of May 24, 2011, which is remaining the same compare to March of 2011.

In general the graph shows compared four cities are stabling in their pricing exept for Upland, CA. As we turn into the moving season price should rise up a little for up coming quarter.
