"ABUTS BRIMFIELD STATE FOREST. Wonderful for outdoor lovers." Now that's exactly what would get my attention and make me interested!
Before Texas, I lived in Northern, Illinois and my housed backed up to a State Forest Preserve. I had over an acre too and that's what sold me! Those were the greatest years of my life, being mom and having all that playground for my kids and our pets. If I was in the market to sell my home here in Texas and move over there, this one would be top priorty for me to see.
I sure hope you sell it! I know it will make someone very happy!
