Last Friday while driving to Southwest FL International Airport, I saw 3 empty car carriers headed North!  Last Thursday I saw 2 empty car carriers on Pelican Bay Blvd.  The season is beginning to start.  Hopefully this season will be better for sales than last season!

I had gone to New York for a 50th wedding anniversary.  Everyone at the party was talking about how slow real estate was in New York.  From what I read and hear, it is slow all over, not just in Naples!

I have been seeing them all over the place too.  I think this year they will be more welcome than most.  It's been a long, hot summer and we're all waiting with open arms.

Our tracking of web site hits from The REal Estate Book. September 2006...31 and now, September 2007...161 ! Things are picking up. More calls, more showings it all adds up.

Lynn, they're coming already?  Oh no, my parents always complain how much worse the traffic gets when the snowbirds arrive.  I'll be visiting them in Boca Raton for Thanksgiving.  Sounds like it will be good for business.
