Palm Harbor Florida market report and comparison for the first half of 2011 compared to the first half of 2010. For the sake of convenience, I have included our little town of Crystal Beach, which is surrounded on three sides by Palm Harbor (the fourth side is the Gulf of Mexico).

As you can tell from the figures, the little homes that need renovation don't stay on the market long while many of the more expensive waterfront and golf course homes are still taking time to sell.
Prices in both single family homes and condos, townhomes & villas have decreased in the Palm Harbor/Crystal Beach area when compared to 2010.
