I wish you all every success in the path of your life as a young adult and beyond. I wish you peace and every happiness that you deserve.
But, most of all I wish you a long, healthy and prosperous life. And, to that end, I hope that you remember to refrain from drinking and driving or any type of distracted driving whether through texting or even talking on the phone.
Please remember that you have a deadly weapon in your hands when you get behind the wheel. And, that you can harm not only yourself, but your parents, siblings, friends and family. And, you can devastate someone else's entire family and friends as well.
With graduation and all the excitement, this is especially important to remember....but, please remember it for a lifetime. You can change the lives of hundreds of people with one misstep. Don't drink and drive and please don't drive distracted. There are any number of people who can and should help you get from one place to another if you need assistance. Please call them before you get behind the wheel when you know you shouldn't drive.
And best wishes during the graduation season and far, far beyond.
