Tuesday flowers and comments on mortgage borrowers

Mortgage borrowers need to show a stable work history.  The recent recession has caused difficulties for some prospective home buyers.  Borrowers will need to be able to explain, in writing, any employment gaps.  Those that worked in temporary positions or switched careers will need to be able to answer questions from the lender. Some will find that they will need to wait for some period of time, which could be a year or more, before expecting mortgage application approval.  

Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, is one of our favorite day trip destinations. First time visitors will want to see the Green Wall.  This is the largest indoor green wall in North America. The living wall supports more than 47,000 plants. The government regulations currently in place for the lending industry are close to "if you can pay cash, you qualify for a loan. If you can't, come back for a loan when you can." Nuff said. On a positive note, your photos are beautiful as usual! Enjoy the day!
