Another HomeRome Listing in Stevenson 21208 With Swimming Pool is Under Contract..or as I like to say...Too Late. The "Too Late" Banner is placed on my listings when they go under contract. That's what happened to my new listing at 3506 Gardenview Rd.

I have more new photos to post but we had 1/2 dozen showings within 24 hours and a ratified contract followed. Love it when the right buyer and the right house comes together.

Our home inspections are set for next week and settlement is scheduled mid July!
