Well this morning was the big day. I was up all night because my wife's dog kept barking at all the thunder and lightening from the severe storms that passed through.
I drove to Harrisburg with a knot in my stomach and a much higher than normal level of anxiety because of being tired and a desperate desire to pass. I'm not too good at keeping my mouth shut and I had told friends and family I'd have my Broker's License by June. Then I got busy with clients the past several weeks and I didn't get around to scheduling the test until yesterday.
Their were several other people at the exam center and they were very chatty, where as I like quiet meditation before such matters. I figured I'd either pass or have a stroke.
The exam took me about an hour and ten minutes. I was told you are given your score instantly. Instead there was this survey to fill out.....
Now I'm really going nuts. I rushed through it all as fast as I could and just kept hitting "enter". When it was over, I accidentally somehow skipped the screen that gives your score. And I couldn't get back to it.
About a half hour later it was finally my turn to talk to the lady in charge of the exam center..............
PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any kind of personal growth or acheivement is certainly a good thing but I'm damn glad its over....
