Okay, so this just keeps getting better and better, at least it seems that way to me! This last week in the City of San Dimas, there were six sales that were completed, four that offers were accepted on (backup offers), and eight that went into escrow. So much movement in a week. It would seem that things are looking up in the real estate marketplace!
