"How Long Must I Wait After a Bankruptcy, Foreclosure or Short Sale?"

A better question for all of us in Real Estate might be, "How many times have we heard this question in the recent past?" 

They say in marketing circles that if your customers ask you the same question three times or more you should do something about it.  So I did.  This video (1:48 in length) covers the important basics about the waiting periods that are required before which a buyer who has experienced a bankruptcy, foreclosure or short sale (including deed in lieu) would again become eligible for either a conventional or FHA home loan.
