Couple of good points in short sale Katerina - wasn't aware of buying within two years after short sale and had little doubt over deficiency judgement that can be forgiven.

Need to go back and see other videos of this series. Thanks for sharing wealth of information.

Praful- Yes, you can get a Fannie Mae or a FHA loan after two years of doing a short sale. You can get an FHA loan sooner than that if you have to relocate because of your business and you had no choice but to short sale. You can also have deficiencies removed almost always on the first note. The Seconds depend on when they are taken out, or if it was a HELOC where you used the money to buy a car, etc. It all depends. THat is always our best answer, it all depends. We look at each short sale sellers individually and each is on its own merits. Katerina

Great video series that you are doing here Katerina!  Did you do this from the video on your MAC?  I was just wondering as I did a postcard video on my photobooth but couldn't save it to YouTube for some reason so I had to do a quick one on my iPhone.  I really want to start doing more with video as I think it's the next best thing :)!
