Myers...besides ensuring the homeowners are happy, closing is next favorite part.

Ginny...it's the only "easy" transaction I've had. Lost both a buyer (decided to rent) and a seller (rented to family) on the same transaction when the appraiser came in way too low. Appeal process is a joke too!

Thanks BLiz...slowed a bit this month because of a host of problems getting transaction to the closing table.

Kristine...fractured my foot on Thursday night (the same one that is still healing from Achilles surgery) so will be hanging around the house unless absolutely necessary to go out.
