Dear Marc,

I am a very big fan of TARGET stores.
They donate to the community in which they are located.
I am sure you will enjoy shopping there.

Have a happy day -
Lynn

Marc, I shopped a lot at Target especially during the years I lived in California. However, I agree with Al and Peggy that it is sad that it is taking over the locations where once stood a Canadian company.  Going back to the mall where I spent most of my time as a youth here in Montreal, it is going to be a bit weird to see the sign Target appear where once it was KMart and then Zellers. I guess you can not stop change and some just seem to follow you where you go.  :-)

Hi Marc...we were in a Target store this past weekend in Seattle. To me they are like an up scaled Wally Land. Great to hear they are moving into Zeller locations, we have two here, hopefully they too will be Target Stores

We're getting one here in Kingston too.  I hate to see Zellers closing and I still miss KMart - they both were so good for family shopping.   I doubt I'll shop at Target though -  I'm trying my best to shop Canadian!

Does this mean that Zellers went bankrupt or was bought out by Target. Every time I go into a Target here I'm amazed that they are still in business. There is no one in them. It might have something to do with the fact Target is always in the same mall as Walmart and Walmart wins hands down when it comes to low prices.
