Warner Robins GA 31088 - Homes with Basements

Aren't the differences between regions different....everyone seems to want a basement here but since the flood of 2010 here i wonder if it is as important...as long as there is storage space who cares...Warner Robins GA homes for sale versus North Kingstown RI homes for sale!

Now that is one pretty looking home Anita. In our area basements are the norm, can't even imagine a home without one so it is nice to know you have 3 available for people like us Anita! You are the 'go to gal' for finding the right home in the Warner Robins area! 

Anita, basement homes here in California are also quite rare...it's the mid-century (and earlier) homes that seem to be the few that have them in my area. :)

The buyers that are relocating from Maryland are accustomed to basements.  I hope you sell all of the available homes.

Basements are very common here. I would be at a loss if I lived without one. I can relate to the people who can't easily adjust to living without that extra level.

Some use it as a gym or an office.

Kind of amazing how homes in different sections of the country differ. Here in MN and WI nearly 100% of homes have basements.
