It's a holiday weekend and the phones are ringing.

 

Memorial DayI am home this holiday weekend as I am most holidays. Traffic snarls are not my thing and the extra day that usually wraps around a holiday gives me time to do catch up work around the house.

Though I have my To Do list for around the house activities I always make sure I have room to schedule appointments if needed.

Do I make every minute available to  outside calls. Of course not. I let callers know what time is available and that I do have a Bar B Q or boat excursion or... at such and such time. Doing so lets them know what my schedule is like, that even so I really do appreciate the call and that I will do my best to work out a time that works for everyone.

Real estate can be a 24/7 business even on holidays but it also has the awesome ability of being flexible yet still productive.
Now back to getting something else accomplished off my To Do list before I meet that buyer from the phone call.
