Iris

You might be wondering what an unopened Iris has to do with looking below the surface.  Well if you have been in real estate for sometime you would have noticed how some  homebuyers are able to look beyond the clutter or disrepair, and identify a great buy or even that dream house.  Sometimes even you the real estate agent might not be able to see it.

The buyer goes ahead with the purchase and you watch the progress month after month and then a beautiful house emerges and it is still hard to visualize the transformation.

Yes those with the ability to look beyond the surface walk away with great gems.

Well for speechless Sunday I will reveal below the surface of this Iris.

Hi Jennifer. That's like looking for a "diamond in the rough". I have learned a lot over the years in this business about looking beyond the surface. Thank goodness for those buyers, who have that vision too. I love selling foreclosures with buyers, who have a vision.
