What Does your Real Estate Office offer You as an Agent? I know right now a lot of agents are thinking about this for their business.......  I got a call the other day from a company that said they are opeing an office in my area and they need a few good agents to join their company...   Now I must say I now bleed KW RED, and I will not ever go to another company, however, I am always looking at what opther companies have to offer.  The guy got proud that I asked what he was offering, you heard it in his voice, excitement............
other company: Well we offer low caps only $5000 per month,
Me: Wow that is low, what do you offer?
other company:  Well we offer that you work from home, we will have an office with day desks and a small confrance room, leads for buyers & seller.
Me: so where do I meet cleints?
other company: you meet them in the small confrence room or at another location.
Me: hummmmm...... so are their other fees?
other company: We do have a $195 transaction fee, we also have  $500 yearly Renew fee? and a lead program if you want to participate.  
Me: is the transaction fee on every deal? and what is the lead program.
other company: Yes, Transaction fee is on all deals,  We can also sell you lead if you choose for an additional 40% referral fee, with membership
Me: WOW!!!!!! that is a high fee, where do the referrals come from.........
other company: sign calls and internet marketing, also if you choose the program their is a monthly lead fee of  $149 per month.,  
Me: WoW, I see how you will make money now your going to nickle and dime me like crazy, souds like I will not make much at all......
other company: OHH Just the opposite you will get lots of deals, and you could close as many as 40 deals per year.
Me: Thank you for sharing with me what you have to offer.  If I was to join  your office I would be paying way more than that what i am doing now, by my caculations based on what you told me and on 40 deals, I woul dbe paying over $25,000 per year to your company.  Can I share with what VALUE our office gives us?
