You know, it always stinks when someone has a major flood or fire in their home.  They are often scared, frustrated and vulnerable.

I love this video from Hillary Sheperd at Servpro as it really shows how they take care of their customers.  Their motto is "like it never even happened."  I love their work ethic and attitude.  When cusotmers are at their lowest point, Servpro comes in to the rescue.

Having a professional service to assist when you have a major home crisis is a true blessing.  Good re-blog choice Debbie.

Debbie- thanks for reblogging.  Our dear friends had a bad fire in their home about 1 1/2 weeks ago and will be out of their home for 7 months(at least).  Their ins. company has had someone there the next day taking care of everything.  It's definitely nice to know someone is around who knows what to do.

Dagny - Yes, you are right.  I've worked with them a bunch.

Ellen - Yes, they are so good at that.

Kathy - Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that.  yes, I've seen many families in similar situations.  Thank goodness for insurance.
