Real estate in Falls Church continues to sell, but perhaps a little slower than owners would like to see. For the past two months, the average listing in Falls Church has remained on the market from 90 to 100 days. These rates are not far from what one might expect to see historically, and although some might hope for quicker results, the action is a far cry from over the Winter when the average days on the market increased to more than 120 days. Meanwhile the median price of a home in Falls Church over the past year has ranged from a high of $600k back in September of 2010 to a low of $475 around February this year.
