Very great post you are right we do need to be totally focused on what is at hand giving them 100% of our time.
Based on my failed attempt to get that accountability page up and running, you knew my answer before your son placed that ball in his hand. Thanks for the reminder.
Thanks for the inspiration. I love the photo.
If something is worth doing, like prospecting, it is worth 100% of our focused attention.
Todd -- I can certainly see focus in your son's eyes. Focus is key to being successful at anything! You're absolutely right. If you're not focused on prospecting, then it's a waste of time and money.
Well-said, Todd, now let's play ball! and an enjoyable holiday weekend to you.
I agree 100%, Todd. And, what we focus on expands. So, if we give it our all, we will achieve the result. Hope you son was successful in striking out that batter!
Agreed Todd! I am currently working on one of the biggest sales to date...am I focused? Oh, yeah!
Todd, you hit this one outta the park (sorry for the pun, but it was too easy). I lack focus at times for sure. Thanks for the reminder.
What a great Picture.... Your son is so focused on this JOB.... Are you as focused as he is... I am working on becoming more focused just like your son
Todd, He is Very Focused. We could all take some lessons from your son. "Keep your eye on the ball".....
spot on... Not only money, but if you're not focused you can certainly waste a lot of time and effort. Great photo and you demonstrate a good point. We all have a lot to think about, yet there are those times where you set all situations aside and focus on the one. Good reminder...
now that is one determined little face!! Bet he struck the batter out too!!
Todd,
Love your son's focus. Great advice for all. I need to continue to crystalize my focus for future business while taking care of current business.
All the best, Michelle
Indeed Todd, focusing on what is important leads to more success. It is a challenge that is for sure. Thanks for the post.
Cal
Todd....I wish you were located on this side of the coast range! We need more like you!
Here's my two cents: Not having focus is forgetting to give out a business card when the opportunity presented itself. Not having focus is forgetting that after every listing and sale, a stack of "just listed, just sold" postcards should be mailed within the week to the houses surrounding the property you just listed or closed. Not having focus is running habitually late or not answering phone calls in a timely manner. Not having focus is the inability to stay calm in a stressful situation. This is not always an easy job, is it?
That is why, when something goes wrong in a transaction, we use the saying, "Looks like somebody dropped the ball." Everything we do matters, so we need to be focused. Love this blog!
Great post (as always) Todd! It takes that type of focus to reach your goals, in any type of market.
Hey Mr. Todd...I was totally blown away when I saw your son's picture...he is an exact replica of you except smaller! Cute! You're a good Dad. Blessings to all your family.
Beautiful picture and great reminder. Makes all the difference in the world when you are in the present no matter what you are doing. It's like the running and humming of a perfectly functioning machine.
Jill, we keep hearing that, but neither of us see it. He is blonde with freckles, but I guess our facial features are similar. Who knows, I'll trust you guys.
