Wow, what a great idea. In these times with so much technology, why not do something that gives buyers/ buyers agents the information they need and be environmentally conscious.
I have been using text to signs for a year or so with ok results. We have been putting flyer's on homes but I can count the number of calls i have received from those flyer's... Not many.

Okay that might be a stretch but if you want me to put flyers in a box outside on a post, well it's not going to happen. One of the reason is that my custom yard signs eliminate the need for a flyer box. So what about inside the house? What do you need for a buyer to walk away with?
To be honest I'm torn. When an agent arrives at the home with a buyer they have already run the MLS sheet which has all of the important information on the property. In addition our MLS allows us to upload additional documentation such as signed property disclosures, floor plans, contract instructions, information on what conveys with the property and any other information pertinent to the home. So again what is it that a buyer needs?
How about a business card they can easily slip into their pocket which has the basic information about the home and a QR code that will take them to the property video?

The property cards are easy to make with Publisher and Avery business cards give you the template and size to print.
They may not work for everyone but if most of the information about your property is already on-line is printing a stack of flyers neccessary?
