What Does ActiveRain Mean to Me? Back in 2007 the fledgling startup known as ActiveRain was barely known to all but a few. Add to that the number of bloggers who were out there voicing opinions on anything of notoriety each and every day. Along comes AR with a specific voice to envelope technology, camaraderie, education and most of all friendship within the Real Estate community. |
Here here (clap clap clap)..I agree....AR is a great place to spend your time and effort..very rewarding both personally and business wise.

Kevin: I'll echo Kristin's "here! here!" We are a community in an industry of highly competitive independent contractors. That...in and of itself...is remarkable. We are the co-opetition of the real estate business therein lies greater power. I salute the power of ActiveRain.

You are in my environment Kevin and I agree that AR is the place to voice your opinion and to learn from others in the field. From east to west, and from north to south.
And you're in mine Dee! I was gong to mention our four corners in the post but you've covered that so nicely in your comment here.
Now that is a great collage Kevin. You get my vote! Really demonstrates the power of a large group of professionals sharing knowledge and exptertise with each other and consumers.
What's funny about this Dave is that I've just begun outlining a map of North America today so that I can attempt to create a new collage adding proper perspectives for Alaska and Hawaii. And even though there are only slightly more than 7,000 Canadian members on AR some felt short-changed and I wanted to amend that also. We'll have to wait and see how that one pans out! Some day my AR collage may be of the World filled with AR members, their posts & their pictures.
Here is where we are today, entrenching the Country with the most far reaching and advanced ideas regarding our knowledge and skills within the industry which provides our livelihoods. It's not about places and dollars and achievements here it's about the members who with each stroke of their keyboard add to each others experience in a light hearted yet heartfelt environment. Long live ActiveRain and the people who continue to support its existence!
