I listed this wonderful home in Canyon Creek for the third time in 3 years!  Due to a series of events with each seller they found themselves in the position of needing to relocate. 

My sellers worked diligently de-cluttering and scheduling: window washers, carpet cleaners, painters, landscapers and working through the list I provided. 

My sellers purchased the home less than a year ago so knew they needed to be realistic in setting their list price.

Once the professional pictures were taken we started our advertising and networking campaign to other Realtors and the public.  We negotiated an offer down to the last detail and the buyer changed their mind. After a dry spell another offer came in and bingo things clicked.  The lender was on top of their game with papers in time for a mail out to my seller.
