The deadline for submitting an application to have your property taxes reduced will be expiring soon in White plains it's in next 2 weeks on June 15th.
Most homes are eligible for anywhere between $1,300 to $3,900 a year reductions.
Just please don't wait till the last minute. Since we do get a very large back log in each area for the individual towns in Westchester that each has different deadlines for accepting tax grievances, which can be accomplished in only a 2 week cycle.
