I know that this is not really real estate but I thought it would be cute for a table decoration if you were having a fall open house.

She is really easy to make. It is a large and a small foam pumkin from Michaels. I spray painted the base black and then light glitter gold/orange. She has an orange glitter bow. I did pain her face on but I am no artist. Her fuzzy legs came from Michales too they are large pipe cleaners and I made holes and glued them in! To make her was less than $20.

Happy Halloween!

I think this is an adorable idea...seasonal decor always comes off well.  The best possible thing you can hope for when showing a home is a smile, and anything that provokes a smile can only be considered a positive.  When people see things such as "Spider-Girl" you spur their creativity and encourage them to consider other decorative options...then, they are well on their way to falling in love with your listing.

Great idea...a bowl of candy for the kids next to "Spider-Girl" wouldn't hurt either.

Im not into decorating, but for an upcoming open house that is decked out, I thought this might be a good conversation piece......my wife will probably do most of the work, but thanks for the idea!

I know that this is not really real estate but................

Sure it is... that one little thing in a home can really make a potential buyer envision themselves there.
