Thanks for the Gas Buddy, Melanie! I'll try it!
Melanie - I use this all the time. Gasbuddy is an app on my DROID home page. As I travel to many areas outside of where I live it comes in handy. But really when it is 2-3 cents a gallon difference it is not worth the wait in line from one station to the next.
Also, something I learned the other day is gas up in the AM. As hot gas going in a hot tank will not go as far and you get less in the tank.
P.S. it looks like you were/are like me. After the challenge I have not written one blog. You have one under your belt, this one.
Ken ~ We really are on the same path, aren't we? Trying to blog frequently, figuring out all the SEO stuff, getting subscribers, and now NOT blogging... I definitely need the push of the challenge to keep me consistent. I can't believe it's been 9 days already! Well, I can only do what I can do, and I'll try to refocus on the blogging after the weekend - the schedule is not looking to let up for a few more days. Thanks for the nudge...

Hi Melanie, I just came across an older comment from you on a post of mine from 5/30/11. It was about the 5 Stages Of Selling. You are right, every penny helps. Especially when you drive a Ford Expedition and even the gas pump shuts off at $100.00. Thank you for sharing this, I will check out the site and see if they have an APP for my Iphone. I hope all is going well and best wishes always.

Melanie, I spent $99.00 on gas today. As I was finishing my fill up, I remembered my new APP. I could have saved $4.00 minus 50 cents worth of gas, to drive to the cheaper station. I will use GasBuddy before pumping, next time. I hope they had an APP for your Droid. Best wishes always.
Richard ~ There IS a Droid APP!!! Too bad you didn't remember our Buddy until after you filled up, but now you have a very clear comparison for what you spent and what you could have saved. Some might not worry about the three bucks, but we're on the road ALL the time, so it really does add up!
