Many times when I meet with sellers they ask me if I will accompany all showings. They mention that they want me there when a buyer and their agent is also there. I ask why this is important to them and then explain how it actually impacts them in a negative way Cidalia Mendonca Matukas www.HomesbyCidalia.com Keller Williams Realty Cell: 781-389-7252 Office: 774-568-0007 Please check out My YouTube page and see how I get homes sold, and testimonials of past clients! http://www.youtube.com/user/CidaliaMatukas http://localism.com/neighbor/matukas http://www.facebook.com/people/Cidalia-Mendonca-Matukas/1384876351 Friend me on facebook

In rare occasions, it may work to have the listing agent present.  I've never been asked to be present in 9 years of listing homes and agree with you (video), it is better to let the buyer agent and buyer do their thing...alone.

I refuse to do it unless it is a very high end home...very high end!!  Otherwise, it is a pain and the buyer usually resents it.
