Residential Sales went from 288 for the month of April to 233 in May as we head into summer and warmer temperatures. People are now thinking of family vacations, long awaited trips to favorite destinations or just taking time out of their busy schedules to unwind. Put southern Utah on your list of Things To See and Do this summer!

  • Residential Active Listings:  1,991
  • Cancelled Last 30 Days:  96
  • SOLD:  233
  • Expired: 113
  • Pending: 270
  • Withdrawn: 22

Washington County Current Stats Year to Date 6/1/10 to 6/1/11:

  • Cancelled:  1,385
  • SOLD:  2,927
  • Expired: 1,674
  • Withdrawn: 121

Wanda, nice report, with better that 10% of the actives selling in 30 days, that is not all that bad. Our area is less than 5% with months of inventory. Someday, I'' get to see Southern Utah
